    MidtownR always does such a nice job with landscaping. You really notice the cumulative effect when you are working your way through Midtown.

    Tenants very close to moving in.

    Have there been any indications when the next phases are to start? I love how this turned out and cannot wait for the block to be completed!

    No, just some vague site plans and renderings but they have yet to submit anything to design review, which is always the first step.

    It would be great if they could ultimately acquire the building to the west. It now looks out of place and the space underutilized compared to the new building.

    I'm sure they are trying.

    They just spent a ton of money on the Brown's Bakery and Cafe do Brasil buildings.
