Thread: Old YRC Freight terminal on Council

Default Old YRC Freight terminal on Council

They're digging up part of the tarmac, and doing some work in the loading dock building at the old YRC Freight Terminal at Council and SW 15. Anyone know what's going on? Personally, I'd like to see it tore down, and a mixed use building of some sort built. Either that, or a small warehouse.

That property sold early this year to an out-of-state owner.

    Can't find any permits.

That would be nice, but a better place for that would be beside the Mexican restaurant across from Hobby Lobby. There's a big open lot there that is more than big enough for another restaurant. It's a great place for a Chic Fil A

I drive by there every morning. They're doing quite a bit of work.
