I'm not sure if it's an error on my side or if it's an issue with the website but it looks like it's down. Curious to know if this project is still in the works.

I didn't realize the same developer (Sam Coury) also owns the NW corner of the intersection of SW 15th & Mustang Road.
He has filed to put in a new road and you can see the different parcels.

Someone told me that there was common ownership a few months ago because they were trying to convince me that this is where the other Chick-fil-a is going to go. Not sure how true the Chick-fil-a part is because it seems real close to the other one.
I can definitely see a Chick-fil-a going here and doing well. There’s a Starbucks on GBB and here at MCC and both do well. What I don’t understand is what are they going to put on the NW corner when the NE corner still isn’t even close to being fully developed.
Just noticed the Mustang Creek Crossing website no longer is loading. Has this project effectively gone belly up?

I first noticed that back in October or November, so long before the amphitheater was shot down. There's a Facebook group (forgot the exact name of it) that the developer participates in, so although I don't know the reason they took the website down, I don't think the project is dead (yet).
They've never had much of a marketing presence.
The website was very crude and thrown together by a real estate broker who is trying to make deals on behalf of the owner.
I'm sure they are still actively working on other prospects.
There is new land cleared behind the On-Cue
So much for this being the largest commercial development in the state... looks like a great location, still. Did the death of the amphitheater kill this off long term or just short term (been over a month since the last update)?
AutoZone filed a permit. Address is 1421 S Mustang Rd., so I'm guessing it'll be directly across from Wendy's. Hopefully we start to see some more momentum for this area soon, it's a great location.
Any updates MCC? Really quiet in that area...
Are OKC NIMBYs worse than other cities? Or were the amphitheaters in other cities just built before NIMBYs could protest (or were around to protest)? Dallas, Hartford, Houston, Portland (well, Ridgefield, WA), etc all have large amphitheaters in urban areas not in fields 45 minutes outside of town. Just seems weird that OKC can't get one that is bigger than the Zoo Amp.
It seems the list of amphitheaters they were proposing has shrank significantly. Didn't they have a lot more than just Colorado Springs, Broken Arrow, McKinney, TX?

They still list OKC.
I wonder if the people who put money down got their deposits back or if those funds will continue to be held indefinitely even though they don't seem to be anywhere close to finding a viable location.
This whole thing still feels very scammy to me and has from the beginning.
Viewed on the Friends of Mustang Creek Crossing from the Sellers Agent that Neighborhood Walmart was under contract for just north of the Starbucks and they were moving toward on Costco on the development.
