Thread: Neighborhood Zoning Change

  1. #1

    Default Neighborhood Zoning Change

I received a letter from the Planning Department today that stated a couple of “subjects” in the neighborhood behind mine were being proposed to be re-zoned. Currently zone as R-1 Single Family Residential District this would “modify the existing residential based zoning to permit residential use and development.”

I’ve tried to search online and determine what exactly this means, but haven’t had any luck. Anyone know what this means and what impact this potential change might have?
