Very Nice !!!
The skyline is getting more and more colorful and dynamic with each passing year!
Thank you for those photos. Very Nice.
They must have recently upgraded their lighting system. I mentioned a month ago it seemed some of the panels had gone out. They were likely in the process of transitioning.
The gym in that building is almost complete as well.
okc's newest skyscraper is beautiful
Oklahoma City, the RENAISSANCE CITY!
"Soulless corporate box" by day, dazzling admirer of the sun by dusk, a bright beacon by night.
Now all we have to do is wait for the Devon to get it's new lighting installed and we're good to go. I wonder if the newer residential towers over in the Uhaul lot will have some sort of lighting elements up top. Would be pretty glitzy if possible, but well understood if not due to the purpose.
Not sure why this building has its lighting stuck on white when it has all types of color capabilities that are very rarely used.
The lights tonight were blue with a red animation swirling around the blue. Was driving so couldn’t get a pic
Lighting looked terrible. Shame since they have the potential to do so much better
I've heard Devon is in the process of selling BOK Park Plaza.
They built it when they thought they needed the space, but Devon Tower is still about 1/4 empty and they never did take space in BOK, leaving it more than half empty.
The most logical buyer would be OG&E. It's possible they could sell to an investor like Roy Oliver (Leadership Square, OK Tower, Corporate Tower, City Place, Villiance Tower) but given the tepid demand for office space, you'd think it would be to a user/owner. We all know OG&E had planned to build across the street, so they obviously need more room. I've also heard that prospective tenants are being turned away from BOK, so that tells me there is a potential buyer who has plans for most the space.

Good news, hope OG&E decides to occupy the vacant space in BOK Park Plaza.
While it is great that this building MAY fill up, moving pieces around downtown isn't always a good thing. It leaves another building empty. Maybe the old OG&E building (if that ends up being the case) can be more easily converted to apartments/condos.
I said OGE should of leased BOK Park Plaza years ago. Looks like it finally coming to fruition. Now that leaves the Old Stage Center site up for grabs. I am sure they will sell to someone who will do something amazing with that site.

And generally the newer the building the more difficult the adaptation, which seems counter-intuitive until you consider how building technology changed over the course of the 20th century.
People underestimate the challenges and costs. It’s hard to take the most expensive projects and use for affordable housing when you can build from scratch quicker and more cheaply. Government needs to act fiscally responsibly while helping fix problems. It isn't a game… it takes real money we all pay for.
I don't know why it's not letting me attach pics right now, but the crown is lit up with what I thought was the Italian colors...fail on their part, because apparently it's for Mexico
