It’ll be more than Steph’s knee tweak keeping Warriors off of the court
Stephen Curry has played thru minor injuries before; often wonder if anything interrupts his play. Let's
not forget that our first play in game vs the Warriors, the Thunder had exceptional and outstanding play
from the roster in that game. Can we duplicate the efforts in that 141-139 loss to produce a win.
Please don't get me started on Draymond Green (AKA Mighty Joe Young), it is obvious he gets special treatment
from NBA officials.
It's official. Draymond has been suspended for the next 5 games. Although that may help the Warriors. I was at the game in OKC and I thought his play hurt the team when he was on the court.
Thunder improves with experience, Daigneault's coaching will be a difference maker.
Agree, Green may be hurting the Warriors, until his replacements can make up the difference--the continuity is loss without Green who IMO gives the Warriors a phycological edge.
Thunder improving their play on the road will be the deciding factor; take advantage of Green's absence puts more pressure on an ailing Curry and the bench--two road wins in SF could potentially knock the 1-loss Warriors out of the play in tourney.

Five games. What a joke. Once again he gets away pretty clean with a premeditated physical assault witnessed by millions. I say premeditated because he went straight for someone he had beef with, someone who was pretty obviously trying to break up a fight. Draymond had just been WAITING for that opportunity.
Meanwhile Ja Morant lost a massive chunk of a season for flashing a gun for a split second in a TikTok video. Not defending Ja; he got what he deserved. But I think a non-basketball move WWE-style sleeper hold should take someone off the the court for many weeks at the very least. That was a split second away from requiring the filing of criminal charges.

The 76rs WAIVED Isaiah Joe. Also Cason Wallace is playing himself into a legit role as a rookie.
Picking up another W against the Warriors tomorrow night will likely put us top 3 in the West.
Impressed with Isaiah Joe's 7-7 three point performance against a short-handed Warriors squad. Cason Wallace looks good at
this stage of his rookie season.
Kendrick Williams exhibits good leadership.
Vasilije Micic seems to be making the necessary adjustments to the NBA game. Equally impressed with how well-coached Thunder
are. Daigneault adjusts to the strength of his players. Thunder's 8-4 start after 12 games (Home 4-3) and (Away 4-1), more test on the road--finish off a short-handed GSW this Saturday.
Thunder could realistically be 11-4 come this time next week. Which is a better start than I think anyone could have expected. It might be needed too; they've got a pretty brutal stretch of games to close out November and get into December.

Well that was wild. Chet for 36 and the game tying buzzer beating 3 pointer to send it into OT. Pretty damn impressive.
vote no on the arena if you SUCK!
Impressed with how well disciplined the Thunder are as a team. They didn't give up (down 117-114) last night with 1.6 sec left; they went right to their seats and awaited instructions for Coach Daigneault,
Well I was way off. I thought they be 9-9 after the Lakers game and the end of Nov. A little bit of luck playing some teams without players missing but they still have played a pretty tuff schedule. 8th hardest so far compared that to Dallas who is 24th and Houston is 28th

OKC schedule coming up after the bulls. Sixer, at Timberwolves, Lakers, at Mavericks, Jazz, At Kings, At Nuggets, Grizzles, Clippers, Lakers. Plus 2 play in games 6-6? They beat the Bulls they are 11-4. Even if they go 4-8 still puts that at 15-12. That is why it's so important to bank these wins now

The teams that do not advance to the knockout round will play two additional games on Dec. 6 and 8 to fill out their 82-game schedule. The teams that lose in the quarterfinals of the knockout round will play one additional regular-season game on Dec. 8.
Thunder are now 3-2 in the play in tournament. Wins over San Antonio and two road win against GSW.
Neither of those Golden State games were in the in-season tournament. OKC is 1-2, and for all practical purposes, likely eliminated already.

Thanks. I think I was confused by the terminology.
But I do agree with kukblue1's analysis. .500 would be good over that span and anything more puts the team in a great position going forward. There's still a development component, but you can tell the focus is becoming more and more about winning now and that's been fun to watch. Their efficiency so far has been way more than I thought possible. They shot 70+% from the field in the first half of the Portland game. It's hard to do that in shootaround.
