New traffic light?

What is with the new traffic light on Eastern? So now we have to yield? It is really annoying having to yield especially when there is alot of cars and we have to wait forever to turn and cars behind is honking

Keep in mind, this intersection is still under construction. I would hold off any opinions until the project is done and they get a chance to reset the lights for "normal" mode.

On the same topic of construction, is anyone disappointed in how rough the new concrete is on Eastern between 4th and 19th? That was a lot of money to spend for it to be bumpy like that.
