In before the gnashing of teeth over 4 floors.

I love this development, and it's worth will be far more than how tall it is.

At 7 floors, the office building would still be taller than the hotel.

It's probably a better scale for the development as a whole.

    You'd be guessing wrong.

Go back and read what Magz wrote. Mass quantities of free, cheap, watered down queso and salsa. Not food.

You're in the wrong state. Get yourself a new map.

This is yet another good get for OAK. They will soon be announcing at least 3 more tenants that bring more interest and excitement to this development, and I know they are close on a bunch more.

Also, I think they are getting close to moving forward with the office building. The last plans I saw show the same architecture but 7 stories rather than 11 as shown in the original rendering.

Tons going on here and announcements should start coming fast and furious over the next 12 months.
I can confirm they have been hitting up potential commercial tenants in the last few weeks. Price Edwards has been putting out feelers.

I know what authentic Mexican is and I love it. I also love great Tex-Mex, something that is in short supply in OKC. This is a great development.

Apologies if I missed, but do we have a target opening for this?

They had said around the first of the year but they are nowhere close to finished.

Best guess would be early spring.
