I drove by today and see there is stuff in front of Subway and it seems empty inside, are they closed for good or are they remodeling?

On google maps it is listed as: Temporarily Closed, confirmed by the business

I am Assuming a Remodel. This Location Still Has the Old Signage. As of when Google Maps went by there last in Aug 2023
