Any ideas on the old Balliet's space in CC? Or did I miss them?

Small beef. It used to be possible to walk from any of the shops in Nichols Hills Plaza to the former Mamasitas. I naively thought that it would remain pedestrian friendly. I tried to get a coffee from the new Starbucks and stroll outside through the mall. But because of how they placed the drive thru, access is fenced off. I get that car business trumps lil old me on foot but just seemed like one of those small design flaws that has unintended consequences.
Spencer Stone Co. has closed for good.
There are going to be more.
Nichols Hills is expanding its fire station and city hall and will be taking over that empty lot on the NE corner of NW 63rd and Western:
I saw a post on twitter yesterday saying the social order signed a lease to put in another Spark location at the old Chicken Salad Chick spot.
Noooooooooooo. I'm going to be fatter than I already am if I no longer have to go all the way to Scissortail to get the BRC burger
We talk a lot about local places not promoting themselves properly...
Spark is the other extreme. Fantastic branding, social media, and marketing in general.
A Spark location in Edmond downtown would be both great but also very dangerous for me. It's bad enough with the Empire Slice over there.
Riserva took the old chicken salad chick spot at Chisholm Creek. I’m guessing Spark takes the cultured cloth space.
Do we know when Spark is opening up here?
We got an invite to the soft opening of Spark at Nichols Hills plaza on Friday, June 14th at 5:00pm.
