My hope is that this new tenant will give the property owner the reason/funds to fix up the look of that center. The general appearance, parking lot etc is really a blight on that intersection.

Yeah, there's been no reason to dress it up while the biggest piece remained vacant. I have no idea about Crunch fitness, but it would be great if it led to even a modest makeover of the rest of the strip. Maybe even get some new tenants.
