This is up there as one of my favorite developments in the city. Take an open parking lot with a weird parking garage ramp next to it, build a building that fits the land use and take it right up to the street. Textbook urban development.

Is that building to the south of the parking structure closed or otherwise not in use? I am wondering why there just happens to be an existing garage available to connect to some newly built housing with spare room for residents to park.

The building to the south is the Pasteur Building which is very much in use.

On the corner is a small law office also in use.
