Land clearing on Morgan Road

The land is being cleared on the west side of Morgan Road, south of 40, across from the CRST terminal. Anyone know what's going in here?

I wish that Cosco would be buildign a 3 rd store someplace in the Yukon/Mustang area to take the pressure off the Memorial rd store. It would make it much easier for the folks in the west metro area and beyond to shop. The area around this store is constantly growing and the store is going to stay packed.

It's for apartments called Kensington Place.

Cool. I like to see all of the apartments under construction (and planned) on the west side. The two complexes by 10th and Cemetery, the one by Rt 66/Kilpatrick Turnpike, and the one near Reno/Morgan Road. Then, the planned apartments along the west side of Lake Overholser.
