Bummer about the office building not being 11 floors. That was really my favorite part of this entire development.

Glad to see more infill developments like this. Thanks for keeping us current, Pete.
Thank you so much, Pete.
Very excited about this development! In and of itself, it's a huge plus. But I'm also hopeful that its presence (and hopefully success) will show others that OKC deserves and can support developments of quality. Hopefully they will spur others in the vicinity to "up their game."
I'm hoping for the return of Williams Sonoma.
the operators of legacy hall in plano is in expansion mode they would be a great get ..
The developers bought the Red Carpet across the street and there are no plans in place at this time, but that would be a great area for a combined Pottery Barn, PB Kids and Williams Sonoma all in the same area. They are all owned by the same company and who knows, it might help 50 Penn regain some of their retail in the future.
Me 15 Years Ago -- "Why can't we get a Crate and Barrel?"
And looking at the location in Denver across from the Cherry Creek Shopping Center, there is a C&B right next to an Arhaus.
Please God let it be a Crate and Barrel!!!!
That would be killer.
And this is why Pete was afraid to say anything. Someone made a leap, and now, if it isn't a C&B, then people will be disappointed and claim they were misled. It happens all the time, and is why Pete was hesitant to post anything until they formally announce tenants.
I know, it is a message board meant for discussion. But when that discussion becomes so forward, and will lead to people running to other sites to post about it, then backlash happens.
The national retailer I mentioned is not Crate & Barrel.
That doesn't mean they still might be included in another spot, but I haven't heard anything about that as of yet.
Man, they mean business! Love the progress shots, Pete!
Yes, love when you post these progress pics of this project! And it's moving quickly enough, it seems, that you are able to capture frequent updates with noticeable progress.
Interestingly, they haven't even filed building permit applications for Arhaus, RH or Capital Grille.
No idea when those will start but probably not until the end of the year at the earliest.
I suspect they want to get the apartments, garage and hotel completely framed out before work starts on those other buildings.
ya, makes sense since those are the biggest buildings besides the office tower.
shouldn't take long to build those 3 once the bigger buildings are topped out, then everything opens at the same time.
Oklahoma City, the RENAISSANCE CITY!
