Lots of activity at this site within the past week. New roof installed and gutting the interior appears to be in process the past couple of days. Any idea of plans for this building?

That's surprising - I assumed that it was destined for demolition. Also, wonder if the new roof was damaged in the hail storm 2 days ago.

I've heard they're putting in some kind of golf training facility with a few practice holes left over from the old course.

Yes it has a completely new roof.

That is located behind the clubhouse structure to the SE behind the trees.
