New building on SW 89th between S. May and I-44

Just noticed new construction on SW 89 between S. May and I-44 on north side of street. Any idea what's going in there? Hope it's not another strip center!

Also, any word about more of the developments at SW 104th & S. May? Noticed they've done dirt work on both corners, but only the OU Urgent Care is progressing.

It will be a large Dollar Tree store.

How many Dollar Trees does OKC need? Of course, same question for donuts, nails, vapes, Walmarts, churches, and car washes.

The NE corner of SW 104 and May is a Neighborhood Jam breakfast restaurant and adjacent retail. Super excited for this as it is literally walking distance from me.
