North side of SW 15th not far from Morgan Road

There's a lot of land moving on the north side of SW 15th Street about a 1/4 mile or so from Morgan Road. This is on a stretch of land that leads up to the old Terrex Plant. This isn't the housing development at 15th and County Line. Is this in preparation for Canoo moving into the Terrex plant or another housing development?

It's a housing addition called Chisholm Springs.

Okay. Thanks, Pete. I was kind of expecting it to be another housing development. I know the Terrex land is over 100 acres, but I thought it would be weird if it stretched all the way to 15th Street. Any idea what home builder is building it?

Housing developments are popping up like weeds all over Canadian/west Oklahoma County. Quite impressive.
