Thread: PUD on County Line and Memorial Road

    Far West PUD on County Line and Memorial Road

    We just received a Notice of Hearing about a new development on County Line Road and Memorial Road. The hearing is on Thursday, Sept.8 PUD #1910. Anyone have any further info on this? Looks like a big development.Click image for larger version.

    apartments on the lower half of the development.

    the JKT on/off ramps at county line and council need to get started asap. I doubt these will be the last in the area plus many more houses going up.

    I live 2 miles west of there. Who is the developer?

    The owner/developer of this property is Shavers Investments, LLC.
    Johnson & Associates prepared the PUD document.

    I was able to find this online:

    The Curve at Kilpatrick (Coming Soon)
    •400 unit resort style apartment community
    •Big box retail center
    •Abundant options for shopping, casual dining, drive-through dining, and office spaces
    •Located in NW Oklahoma City, OK

    My gut tells me this won’t develop until the county line ramps on kilpatrick are built.

    I thought I saw something about this at yesterday's city council meeting. I went back and looked and could not find it.

    There are signs up now that say construction will begin Feb 27th on the Council and Memorial intersection. I wonder if this is the beginning of taking west-bound Memorial road all the way to County Line Road and the rest of the project starting as well.

    Looks like this work happening currently is to add a turn lane on memorial
