OCURA in the process of approving Phase IV, consisting of 3 new buildings and a pool.

Would add another 210 units.

Not having retail along 4th is a big missed opportunity. The stretch from Jewel to here could be a future business district and "main street" area for the NE if done right.

Having angled parking along fourth is a mistake with forthcoming protected bike lanes.

I'll agree with that--and the preservation of the Douglas building, and especially the performing arts stage was a great move. It's a decent hall to play in.

That'd be fine by me. I'm not sure there'd be the same level of interest in preserving that building as its character and importance to any community isn't quite on the level of Douglass/Woodson.
