What's the large development happening in Norman on the east side of 24th Ave. NW between Legacy Park Dr. and Conference Dr. (between Crest and the group of hotels that includes the Embassy)?

I believe the Trae Young Athletic Center is on the north side of the Embassy. Somebody please correct me if I'm wrong 🤷�*♀�.
