How are the Argon apartments doing?
This along with a hotel at the pointe will really make the area start to feel more dense
Many times I wonder if new apartments are designed by architects or computers. They certainly don’t look that luxury from the outside.
This may be a good read on why new apartments are so boring, from an architectural standpoint.

Looks like the erosion barriers are up on this
+1. Chisholm Creek might have slightly better tenants and higher face rents, but, structurally, it is no different than the average OKC strip mall. Which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but CC shouldn’t be held out as being dense, walkable or consistent with new urbanist design.
There is full on dirt work going here now. This project is underway. I couldn’t get any photos.
this is a pretty impressive and large development in person ..
Not the fastest construction project in the world. They have been framing for 4 months now and just now topped out one building.
Any idea why they wouldn't do these apartments at 5 over 1? After seeing 5 over 1 apartments all over DFW and elsewhere, I have a hard time seeing any regular apartment building as being "Luxury."
Does OKC have any requirements that a small # of units within these huge projects be for "low income?"
I love how street facing these are.
