Old JC Penney space

Was just told that there is a construction fence around the old JC Penney store in Tower Center Plaza.

Anybody have any idea what is going in?

I didn't see any info when driving by earlier but yes there is an extensive fence from Best Buy to Target, nothing appears to be going on yet.
