They cooled on the development at the beginning of the pandemic and I believe that is when they put it on the market. There have since been some behind-the-scenes indications that they are back to pursuing the idea. I'd imagine the reception Renaissance gets will inform their decision. Which means most likely they will heat back up, because Renaissance is going to KILL. IT.

I saw last year in January 2022, Drury Inn revived their plans to develop in Bricktown.

Having traveled to multiple cities across the USA, I must say, I really have enjoyed the Drury Inn. Very accommodating for both the business and the personal traveler. Really enjoy their Kickback Hour in the evenings too.

Any updates regarding the Drury Inn development?
