Nice work! The few things that caught my eye that could be added are The Nicholas at 6501 N. Classen (thought it may be close to wrapping up? or fully finished?) and the streetscape projects along NW23rd Street from Robinson to Western and Walker from NW23rd to 30th, although if they're still technically in the planning phase I could see excluding them for now. Also a bunch of infill residential/multi-family housing in the Plaza and Classen Ten-Penn areas, although I don't know at what point/scale something becomes worth putting on the map.

Added more projects. Every time I add more I realize there are so many that have been going on I couldn't keep track of them all. So much going on.

+1. It's a great site. The most interesting thing to me is Edmond.
Just not a lot of interesting projects happening up there.
The Karens are apparently flexing their hot, NIMBY bods.
