There haven't been any permits for tenant build-out as of yet.

No way to know if they have leases signed of if they are just building with the hopes of finding tenants later.

Thanks for the answer! I live super close and have been eyeing the progress since they started dirtwork. So curious if we're going to get a repeat fast food or something new to the city.
