Went by this weekend and Fried Taco (2nd photo) and Woodward Pizza (3rd photo) are just about ready to open.

The creamery/bakery/coffee place will take the middle section (4th photo).

American Solera will take the western space (5th photo).

The last image is the interior of the stand-alone red building that is used for events.

I was told they are close to finalizing a lease on the historic building on the east end of the development (not pictured).

Looks great! I'm so excited for this development. When the R&J deal fell through I was convinced we'd seen the last of it.

Been told that the bakery is delayed until probably december due to issues getting the needed equipment.

My understanding is that the original tenant for the brewery on the west side was to be Oklahomie Brewing but is now going to be occupied by American Solera out of Tulsa. Does that sound correct ?

American Solera is ready to open almost any day.

Not sure is someone else had originally planned to take that space.
