There is land that has recently been cleared out. Any idea of what it could be and who is developing it?

What a great location for someone to live. So much within walking distance.

Is that the building with the inappropriately placed apostrophe in the name? I can't remember it but I saw it and thought, "Dumb." And also, "If you are a sign company, why don't you point out such obvious butchery of the English language to your client spending all that money with you to help them not look dumb?"

We all know that an apostrophe before an S is not a plural, right?

I believe it's called The Hampton's, which was designed by a lazy architect and built by a developer with not so good taste.

These Douglas Townhomes look pretty great though and I'm really glad they are rehabbing that duplex. I've always liked that building.

We go by there on our way to/from Classen Coffee weekly or so, been meaning to post about that ridiculousness, and the N in ON 24th isn't aligned either.

It gets even better - it's now named "The Tazinya's" instead of "The Hampton's".
