    This is a way bigger venture and I'm sure Lore has way more money/ability. But this reminds me of when the Bikinis Restaurant chain was around and the CEO bought a town in Texas, renamed it Bikinis and planned to make the whole town a destination resort. That went over like a lead balloon.

    I just don’t see how this would be sustainable in any way, shape, or form especially if it ends up in the southwest. There is not enough water to support that many people. There isn’t enough water to support the existing cities.
