If selecting a steak to grill at home, which one is your favorite?
I can't pick just one, I love either a Ribeye or a T-Bone on the grill. Either is mighty fine.
NY Strip medium rare
Ribeye Pittsburgh style
I prefer a ribeye if I'm grilling or New York strip if I'm using sous vide. For anyone who likes their steaks medium rare there is no better method than sous vide followed by a reverse sear. Perfect every time.
Rib-eye either sous vide or dry brined

Ribeye. But If I'm doing a sauce or something, probably a NY strip.
But, haven't done that in a while. Grilled mushrooms have been my thing recently. Trying to eat less meat.
Ribeye with a bit of steak seasoning cooked over a wood fire.
