There was discussion on Twitter yesterday about the I-44/Western junction needing to be put on a road diet and have a bike lane added. I'd love to see that as biking that intersection can be perilous. Having the entire Western corridor from 63rd to 36th be completely walkable would be fabulous.
I saw that thread was able to get a copy of the PDF of the Deep Fork Trail presentation they were talking about, it is very interesting.

I would generally agree but I also think Crossroads PnR stop would be a good one that's shovel ready as well.

    My wish route:

    CR North: Guthrie - N Edmond (Airport) PnR - Edmond Downtown - S Edmond PnR - N 63rd - Downtown.
CR South: Purcell - OU - Norman North (University Park N) - Crossroads PnR - Downtown *

30 min headways during 6am-9am, 4pm-7pm rush hours and 11am-1pm Lunch, 1 hr headways during 10pm-12am Late runs M-F. * CR South would be each way during runs

Now THAT would be an awesome Commuter Rail starter network
    Oklahoma City, the RENAISSANCE CITY!

The restaurant will be named Milo, as you can see by the sign.

    Josh Valentine is the chef.

I hear things are far enough along that they can give firm dates of 11-22 for the opening of Milo and 12-6 for the hotel.

He's good, we'll definitely eat there, but any bets on whether he's still there in a year? He just doesn't seem to last long any place he's at...

I was just going say that, he is a really well known chef, but he really bounces around. I'm not sure if there is something to that or he just gets bored.

I like it but it also reminds me of any modern building that looks slightly out of place on a college campus. Like this could easily be another Partners Place building on OU's research campus.

They are going for a high design, modern look, but the color palette just seems off. It's not ugly, but I don't think they achieved what they were hoping to with the exterior.

I saw a sneak peak of the Milo space though and it looked pretty killer.

I think it looks great in person.

And the modern + brick elements tie into both the Chesapeake campus and the Classen Curve architecture.

    And the interior looks amazing.

Took a full tour today; this place is really impressive.

The restaurant, Milo, opens Nov. 22nd. The hotel opens Dec. 12th.

The restaurant, bar and rootop with bar will all be open to the public.

The last photo is of their ballroom/meeting space on the 2nd level.
