Could it have been these?

I was definitely on 9th street, as I crossed Classen, which you can't do at 8th. And the sign definitely said Condos not Townhomes.
Thanks, that's the one
That is definitely 9th street: https://goo.gl/maps/8yihyq8X3amEKCMJA
Interesting that it kind of looks like the same design as the other project, just fewer units.
nice to see the sidewalks framed!
This should be the development standard, period; along with trees and lighting fronting the street. ...
Oklahoma City, the RENAISSANCE CITY!
The URL on the sign is https://timhughescustomhomes.com/ which disappointingly has no information I could find on these condos.
The reason I didn't see this is because there have been no design review applications or building permits filed.
This seems to be a conceptual plan in order to drum-up presales.
Interesting that they're doing the sidewalk work so far in advance of any other actual construction.
Might be part of a pre-existing sidewalk effort in the area.
FYI site work seems to have started on this, the dirt on the lot is all turned and being moved around.
Thanks Shawn. Their building permit was issued.
whoa, two of the units have indoor pools? interesting
Oh, it's hard to tell in the drawings, couldn't read much of the text
Work has started on this project.
This project is starting to go vertical as SoSA continues to fill in.
Wow, the entirety of this area is shooting upward from around ten years ago. It's looking like there's so many new developments getting brought up all at once. I mean we know this because this is the forum that often breaks the news first, but the visuals are more than enough to encourage future investment.
Vacant lots in SOSA could be had for less than 200K even just 3-5 years ago. Now you are lucky to find something under 300K. Go through there on foot or bike and take a look at how many private high-end homes are either recently finished or currently under construction.
I've seen some pretty ambitious plans for the property where the blue metal building currently is. This was a few years ago and obviously those plans have either paused or been cancelled. It was at least encouraging to see new development for that property was actively being worked on at the time. Hopefully there is some sort of movement on that site in the near future.
