Old Xerox plant

Is the old Xerox plant being used for anything by Xerox, or is it just sitting empty? If it's empty, it sure would be nice if it would be sold to a manufacturer, so it can be repurposed.

I didn't know it had closed. I used to do work in there from time to time. It was EXTREMELY nasty.

Last I heard it was a Xerox subsidiary which is a call center.
