The field on the Southeast side of this intersection between SW 29th and the intermediate school is being cleared of trees and a black barrier put up around it. Anyone know if this is related to the widening of Sara Rd or is something being built at this location?

It will be a housing addition.

I was going down the turnpike today and saw this. I know Sara is supposed to be widened through there, but I'm wondering if a new housing development is being built as well. That's a lot of land being cleared.
