Tesla Service Center

I am guessing this service center never came to fruition? I saw a bill in the legislature the other day allowing automakers to sell directly to consumers in Oklahoma but don't know how far that will get against the dealership lobby.

I spoke to a Tesla mobile service tech in the fall and word then was they were negotiating a lease still. One rumored location was 6th and Oklahoma Ave. in that old garage. In the Oklahoma owner’s group a Q1 target has been mentioned multiple times, but based on this thread and Tesla in general, one can take any timeline with a large grain of salt.

Just posted this in the Tesla in Tulsa thread before I saw this one.

Tulsa is getting at least a Tesla Delivery and Service Center. Going in at 6010 S. 129th Ave. East. Currently set to bid the middle of June. Shows to be 23,718 square feet.

Basically.

After all, Teslas need almost no maintenance. They are way more reliable than ICE cars.

I don't know that it's super impressive, but it will be nice for Tesla owners. Currently, all maintenance is being done in Dallas, which can obviously be a headache.
