I think part of the problem here is the County Assessor's map data appears to be bugged - so if you're relying on the map to show you ownership info, it's not showing you the most current info for this parcel. If you click through to the actual Assessor's page for that parcel, however, the information is current.



Parcel 1 in this picture is owned by "WEN OKLAHOMA LLC" which tracks back to Meritage Hospitality Group, a multi-state franchisee of Wendy's.
Parcels 2 and 3 in this picture are owned by "7 ELEVEN LLC". The sign proclaiming a new 7-Eleven is coming soon is on the extreme north-east corner of Parcel #3, and this is the parcel kukblue1 is describing above.

Sad to see it go, lots of memories in that place. My dad bowled there for several years before he passed in 1971. My mom worked in the restaurant from about 1970 to 1974.
