Kudos to Pearl's on Classen

A friend and I had dinner last evening at the "new" Pearl's on Classen. I ordered crab cakes which came with a salad and side. My crab cakes and side came, but no salad. When I inquired where the salad was, it was quickly delivered with sincere apologies. With in the next 2 -3 minutes, a manager came to the table to apologize and offered to replace the crab cakes if they were too cold (they really weren't, so I refused a replacement). A few minutes later, another manager came over. . .apologies again and comped us any dessert on the menu. We had a KILLER bread pudding and coffee. The managers contintued to check on us, make sure our coffee cups were full and we were happy. The late delivery of the salad was not a big deal to me, but the treatment we got was. Food was excellent, but the service, in this instance, was above and beyond. They have earned a client for a long, long time!!
