Those curb cuts along with the entire stretch of Britton needs to be rebuilt.
I also think they should either tear down or convert that metal building into an open air patio space.

Hopefully their not done yet? Site is still looking pretty rough compared to the renderings. I wouldn't want to lease in its current state.
