Restaurant/Nonsmoking Bar with Private Room for Rent?

We're looking to rent a private room for a group of 20-40 people (adults only) at a local restaurant or non smoking bar. Ideal situation would be the hosts purchase appetizers and guests would have a cash bar to purchase whatever drinks they are wanting. The places we knew of in the past have since closed. Any recommendations?

RED Primesteak has a great private room upstairs.

Packards has a completely separate private room.

Believe Broadway 10 does as well.

Mama Roja is another.

A few years ago, I went to a Christmas party upstairs at Republic Gastropub in Chisholm Creek and it was really nice. Afterwards, a smaller group walked down to Sidecar which was nice, as usually after the Christmas party people would leave and drive to a bar anyway. This was well before most of the places around the lake opened as well.

Crabtown has private rooms including one with private bar. They have been great to work with.

Cattleman's has a really nice area for banquets and parties. It's actually in a building next to, but separate from the main restaurant.

Went to a birthday party yesterday a the Paramount Room. Cash bar and they appeared to have brought their own appetizers in.

We had a family party at Cosabella last night (for 13) and it was great. The room could have held 30 or more. Cosabella only does private parties and catering. Their establishment is beautiful.

St. Marks is a great place that you can rent out completely. I don't think they are doing that well so I bet you could get it done for a fair price.
