I don't think I've seen this restaurant mentioned here and I'm not sure how long they have been open.
This is a sit-down restaurant with the typical Americanized Chinese dishes but it's also a legit Szchuan restaurant, on par with Szchuan Bistro. The menu is quite extensive but fortunately, a lot of the dishes have very high quality photos so you can see what you will get.
Last night, we ordered the fried eggplant slices, which are sort of like French fries, but much better, and I normally don't eat eggplant. We ordered sauteed snow pea leaves and not only were they delicious, but the serving size was huge. My entree was the shredded pork in garlic sauce, which is excellent and for our "try something new" dish we ordered a beef stew with tofu, which neither of us were crazy about. It was obviously a high quality dish, we just didn't like the seasoning.
I would recommend that anyone who likes Szchuan Bistro check this place out.
