The script is still active. Even tried from a brand new phone, immediately got redirects. Did you check the file i mentioned in my previous post?
I'll sitll consider myself lucky.
Just got a redirect to a YouTube video - quickly closed it. Wow!
We're working on it.
i had never gotten the redirects before, but am getting them today.
I haven't got them on my laptop or my phone (both Safari), but I'm getting them on my PC using Chrome.
Worse on my iPad today. Still heavy on Firefox. We know you’re working on it Pete. You need a network security guy/lady to check all scripts and all known vulnerabilities. It shouldn’t take long at all to look at logs and run a scan of your affected server. Who is helping you? With no disrespect to you personally, you are not being well served for this to take this long. It might also be time for a site certificate too, no https at this date is a bad look and it gives the appearances of lax security. It wouldn’t stop this. But it might have advertised a perceived lack of security at the server. Good luck with this, know it’s a horrible frustration.
Wow, until today I never had any problems on iphone (except recently the “load more replies” feature doesn’t work). Today every click gets me a redirect. I will need to stay away until this is fixed, worried about it.
I feel like posting is WAY down due to this issue. Suspect overall traffic might be as well. I've had to stop peeking at work while on breaks. Can't be infecting the work PC.
I'm starting to get them at about this time. Reply box and logging in.
Hope to have this resolved today.
Paying our hosting company to do a complete cleaning of the site.
Seemingly fixed/
Mine's cleared up.
Sorry you had the problem, Pete. I very much appreciate what it takes to run.
Seems my home computer is fine and it happens on my work computer.
Still going.....
With my Mac's at work and at home, it has cleared up as of this morning. Had to clear both the cache and browser history. Upon restart, no popups or redirects as of right now.
The site has been completely cleaned.
There may still be some residual problems but if you clear you cache, hopefully no more redirects.
I did upon tryign to log in. Cleared and then it happened upon hitting latest post and logging in again. I'll update tomorrow.
Still getting them. I only use iphone to access this site. Whats strange is I had zero issues until the other day even though others has issues long before. Then it just started up. AnytimeI click anything it opens a second redirect window. I catch it fast before it loads and close it. It does move to the new clicked page. Might be related to tech/brand now?
Just realized I have never had the problem with Linux and Firefox.
Firefox on Widows has been quite affected.
