At least it's not another CBD/marijuana dispensary.

I do know that, to the west, that was just changed from residential to commercial - but I haven't heard what, if anything, is going in there yet. That whole strip from Sonic to the east is part of the focus of the 'Village Vision'.

Can I ask you to expand on that re: "Sonic to the east" being part of the focus of "Village Vision"? I'm only asking because Waverly is the eastern boundary of The Village and the Sonic is in Oklahoma City, past the eastern boundary.

I'm guessing that's supposed to be West. I don't think it has anything to do with Village Vision, but according to the city council notes below, they voted to basically re-zone the southwest corner of Britton and Waverly from residential to commercial.
