This was in the Dallas Business Journal. This restaurant which is based in Jackson, Mississippi plans to open up several locations in Texas and Oklahoma. I have ate at the one in Plano and it is very good!! Their cakes are made from scratch, strawberry and lemon are excellent. Excellent sandwiches, pizza, salads. They are scouting locations.
