Depending on how big that site is (Oklahoma County Assessor mapping doesn't include the parking lot for some reason), that is a hell of a price for less than one acre of land ($3,250,000)!!

These are the latest plans for the building this property.

However, I understand they are on hold for the time being.

Wow. I really like the look of that. Are they waiting for possible tenants or something else?

It's a private owner / single tenant related to the energy business.

All I know is that it has stalled for the time being.

just wish it were 8 floors so it can be seen/appreciated rather than a hidden 4.

If you were familiar with this location you would know it won’t be hidden. It is a very appropriate building for the area in a noticeable place.

I'm gonna make two assumptions regarding height:

    1. City of Nichols Hills (and it is in NH city limits, IIRC) will not allow an 8 story building.

    2. Not enough parking available for more than the 4 stories proposed. Forgive me if I sound like a smart-ass, but, a property developer has to provide parking for the square footage of the building, regardless of whether it is vertical or horizontal.

thanks for the clarification ^ ^.

I do think it is a great project but was just worried it wont be noticed in the way that it should. ...
