Well there's 3 or 4 permits for that location since January plus the city is about the complete a 4 lane intersection there and with the area filling up with new homes I expect the requests to build will be approved if not already so.
I lived in south east Kansas for a year and a half for work, Casey's is great and exactly like you said- a scaled down version of QT/OnCue. I've always thought it was kind of funny that the closest convenience store to my house in rural Kansas was easily x10 superior to the closest one to me in the middle of OKC.
Casey's just filed planning permits for the SW corner of SW 149th & Western.
That's at least 3 OKC-area locations actively in the works.
Nice. That one's on the way to work.
Casey's just filed for a building permit for the NE corner fo SW 134th and Penn.
That would be #4 in the OKC area:
SWC Wilshire and Council
NWC Cemetary and Reno
SWC Western and SW 149th
NEC Penn and 134th
Another Casey's building permit application, this time at NW Expressway and Mustang Road.
That is #6 for the area; 7 if you count one about to open in El Reno. The others have yet to start construction.
Here is the latest list:
10805 N Council
1685 SW 134
15001 S. Western
8000 W. Wilshire
13001 W. Reno
12500 N Mustang Rd
1001 S Country Club, El Reno
Looks like Casey's General Store has purchased property on the NE corner of SW 134th and Penn and also on the SW corner of SW 149th and Western.
So, Has Casey's started building in OKC yet??
There is one in Seminole, OK on 99.
Finally getting a quality gas station in Yukon! Casey's General Store is breaking ground at Reno Ave and N Cemetery Rd. If you haven't had their pizza you are missing out. Will take over as the best place to get quality pizza in the west metro.

I'll take you up on that. I've gotten into the habit of getting a pie from Luigiano's when I'm in the mood for non chain. Casey's is going to have to bring it and bring it hard.
They have about 8 building permits ready to be issued all over OKC.
They may have been waiting to start them all at once, or at least in close succession.
Here is my updated list:
10805 N Council
1685 SW 134
15001 S. Western
8000 W. Wilshire
13001 W. Reno
12500 N Mustang Rd
NW 192nd & Penn
SW 29th & Morgan Rd.
SW 44th & Mustang
1001 S Country Club, El Reno (open)
Surely Casey's will come to Norman soon.
^
They may very well have applied for building permits in Norman, Edmond and elsewhere because permit data from cities other than OKC is somewhat difficult to track.
I suspect there are more Casey's in progress, as they typically prefer out-lying areas.
