It's in the OKC city limits, so sales tax goes to OKC.

This isn’t related to The Market at Czech Village but in the vicinity. They have started a building pad just south or behind the Holiday Inn Express, east of Lowe’s. No signs or indication of what it might be.

I often have this feeling too friend. When I was paper trading in middle and high school I begged my parents to buy into Apple, Alphabet, and Amazon. That was just the A's and they could have been millionaires. You hate the pitches you don't swing at the most when they are a strike.
The new Burlington will go to the southeast of the developed center and that development will include more retail space and out-parcels.

Also, I stopped in the Hooters about 1PM on Sunday as everywhere else was slammed with the church crowd. Place was almost deserted and I was told there was no seating at the bar because the bartender didn't start until 2PM, which is when they started serving alcohol. Weird.
canadian county was one of the ones that the new alcohol laws effected ....
high point beer and liquor is only after 2 on sunday ...
previously they could have sold low point beer until 2 on sunday ...
this will massively effect sports bars during the nfl season ..

They just filed their planning documents; have not filed building permit applications yet.
