Significant Announcement Impacting the Oklahoma River?

Well, I'm guessing it will have something to do with the River Taxi's. After all former Mayor Ron Norick is on the Riverfront Redevelopment Authority. That's my bet. I know they are supposed to be operational by September. Perhaps they'll be here sooner or break ground on the docks/loading areas. Perhaps Devon is donating some money to get some work started on fishing/boat docks, etc.

I saw an invitation to the announcement, it was the first I've heard. The invite says "Devon" on the outside and inside has the Devon, City of OKC, OKC Riverfront Redevelopment Authority and Metro Transit logos.

Oh, then without a doubt it has something to do with the river taxi's. If Ron Norick, Riverfront Redevelopment Authority, and Metro Transit are involved. I'm sure Devon is just a corporate sponsor.
