I'd bet against success in this location. There have been at least 4 concepts in there in the last 5 years and none have lasted more than about a year. Seems like one of those "cursed" locations for a restaurant.

My wife and I always have tried to patronize these restaurants when around the library. However, it has always seemed like they don't advertise much, especially with exterior signage.

but now with the revitalization of Park Avenue and that this is a bakery (small food, can take into the library), it should work.
