I just saw that they have a location in Telluride. Does anyone know how that came about?

Does any one know how the food menu compares to the Norman location? And how much actual seating there is for dining besides the bar?

The plan I have shows 24 table seats and 18 bar seats. Also, they will have quite a few tables outside once the weather gets nice.

I haven't seen the menu but was told it was similar to Norman but slightly abbreviated.

My wife and I ate lunch here on Saturday. We met in Norman during school and Scratch was one of our favorite date night spots. We were thrilled to learn Scratch was coming to the Paseo. As expected, the food was delicious and the drinks were on point. I had the Steak Frites and my wife had a chicken sandwich . The bloody mary and mimosas we ordered were made with the same attention to detail that makes their brand a success. The homemade bloody mix alone is worth the trip. The space is much smaller than I thought it would be, but I think it fits into the Paseo area well. Intimate and charming. I am excited to see the rest of that new build fill up with stores, galleries, a brewery (?) etc. I'll be heading back soon to work my way through the cocktail menu. Summary; if you love Scratch in Norman this new location should meet your expectations.

Thanks for the review and glad to hear this location is up to snuff.

When the weather is nice, the patio should greatly expand their seating.

Stopped by last night and discovered they have a really nice happy hour from 4 to 6PM... $5 cocktails such as margaritas, manhattans, gimlets, daquiris, etc.

Also several of their appetizers were half off. I had the chimicurri fries and a margarita. They also have a handful of beers but amazingly, one is Coop Native Amber, my personal fave.

The fries were fantastic and came with pork cheek and I believe some sort of kimchi. $13 is a lot for any fries but enough for two people and for half price, one of the best deals going.

Such a cool little place and they are in the process of setting up their patio. When I left around 6:30, the place was almost full on a Monday night and a really good vibe, with lots of friendly people hanging out. Also, their service was fantastic.

Here's a lesson for other OKC bars and restaurants: If you have a male bartender and he wants to be friendly and welcoming, have them ask the name of patron and use that instead of 'boss', 'bud', 'ace', etc. Austin the bartender introduced himself, shook my hand and called me by name. This is something Hal Smith clearly drums into their staff and one of reasons I've grown in a appreciation of their concepts as the continual spreading thin of service talent continues in the area.

Amen, Pete. Few things turn me off to the vibe of a place than being referred to as "boss". Bleh.

I've been to Scratch a few times now and really, REALLY like it.

I've tried 5 or 6 dishes off the menu and none really stand out as a dish to draw me back in. The groups I went with felt the same. I actually ordered the fries pictured above and after seeing that picture I now realize that mine came out incorrectly--only pork and the cotija cheese on what I received. Fun vibe and location, but there are just so many better options now that I'm not sure if I have reason to go back. It appears that my experience could be an outlier so hopefully that is the case.

I went here for the first time last night and was really impressed with it. I encourage you all to go when you have the opportunity. I had the sliders and a couple of their cocktails. Both were excellent, but I was especially impressed with their cocktails. They were very well crafted and tasted perfect. It's clear the bartenders take pride the in the work they do.

    I'm a big fan.

It's such a cozy, neighborhood spot and their food and drinks are very good.

Tip: Go for happy hour. They have a lot of food items at half off and some very good drink specials.

Been here a couple times, once for dinner and once for just drinks. Highly recommend it, though on our budget it's more of a now-and-again sort of thing.

I typically go for the late-night happy hour. They have $5 old fashioneds after 11PM.

Has anyone been here lately? I feel like this place and Bar Arbolada are hidden OKC gems, but worry about how they are surviving.
