Here is a great overview and pictorial from the Gazette:

I visited with a group of coworkers last week. We all chose various "Pick 2 Tacos" and everyone enjoyed their order. I can personally recommend the cheeseburger tacos, but brisket, baja fish, grilled chicken and chorizo were all hits with the others. The corn tortillas may be my favorite in town. They're slightly thicker than usual yet still light. Service was quick, the staff was friendly and the interior looks very good.

I'll echo the positive comments here and elsewhere. Went last night and really loved it. The chips and queso was great, with a huge number of freshly-fried chips. We tried the sweet potato, cauliflower, and mushroom tacos and enjoyed all three. The sides of rice and especially the beans were delicious -- not sure why the beans taste slightly different than most I've had, but it is for the better. Given the cool vibe, good service and plentiful vegetarian options I suspect this is going to become a staple in our rotation right away.

When I saw "Oso" on here I was thinking of the guy behind the old Oso Motors by Quail Creek Bank back in the late 90's.

I love this place, I have been for lunch once and brunch twice.
Food is great and service very good, last two times my friend and I have sat at the bar and tried recommendations of the bartender Jordan- all of which have been excellent.
They have a very cool patio that will be awesome in the warmer months, they have heaters over the tables outside but I haven't seen them turned on- I'm sure they would if I asked.
Only thing to complain about would be drink prices, you always expect to pay more for a drink at a trendy new place but $5 for a Victoria*? C'mon! Haha

*(Hamms equivalent that somewhere like Goodtimes sells for $2)
