Isn't the existing Auto Zone about the only one not a building of its own? They might be trying to get away from a crammed parking lot of customers that aren't theirs. I know I won't go to that one for that reason.

They are also leasing that spot and own their other locations.

Trying to find out if they've found a tenant to take their place next to Sprouts.

Are they still planning on moving to this building? Looks like some of the building is leased out.

That's why I asked in another thread if the more southern May location was instead of this one (just couldn't remember the address).

I went back and looked at the permits and it looks like this must have been mis-entered by the city because this is a strip center, not an Autozone.

There have been leases for a spa (I believe that will be a salon), School of Rock and a third unnamed tenant.
